Who is responsible
Accord Policy is responsible for the interest list. You can contact us about your details at newsletter@accordpolicy.co.uk.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, company name and email address when you choose to register interest. We use these details to send AccordPolicy development updates and early access news. Your consent is the basis for these emails; you can withdraw it at any time.
Where the details go
We use EmailOctopus to store the interest list and send emails. Your details are shared with that provider for this purpose. We do not add you to a separate list through this form.
Bot protection
Vercel BotID checks browser signals on this site to help us prevent automated interest-form submissions. This check is separate from our website analytics.
Optional website analytics
Google’s tag loads when you visit with analytics cookies denied by default. It may send limited cookie-free consent signals to Google before you choose. If you select “Accept analytics”, Google Analytics measures visits and may store analytics cookies on your device. Select “Decline” to keep analytics cookies off, or use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice later. Advertising storage and personalisation remain off.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact us to stop updates, ask for a copy of your details, correct them or request deletion. We keep your details while you remain on the interest list, subject to EmailOctopus’s processing and retention arrangements. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
